The best way to ensure that your order arrives before Christmas is to order as early as possible.

Order Dates for Christmas

1. Sunday, Dec 17th at 11:59 pm EST

If you place your order by Sunday, December 17th at 11:59 pm EST and select Free Shipping to a US address, your order should arrive before Christmas Day.

2. Monday, Dec 18th at 11:59 pm EST

If you place your order by Monday, December 18th at 11:59 pm EST and select $5 Priority Mail Shipping to a US address, your order should arrive before Christmas Day.

*Please note that even if you place your order by the deadlines above, it may still not arrive on time. Once your order is in the possession of the USPS, we do not have control over the speed of delivery. The above deadlines are based on the USPS expected delivery times and our experience with them.

Extended Returns & Exchanges

All orders placed after Sunday, Dec 10th will receive an extended return and exchange window as follows:

Returns: Eligible through Wednesday, Jan 31st, 2024

Exchanges: Eligible through Thursday, February 29th, 2024

Defender Ring Holiday Closure

Defender Ring will be closed from Friday, December 22nd to Tuesday, December 26th, and will reopen on Wednesday, December 27th.

All packages placed after Thursday, December 21st will be shipped on Wednesday, December 27th.
